I would just like to praise you on your fabulous customer service that is second to none! I have gotten many more XXXX buses than bakerbus and come across so many rude bus drivers, and since getting bakerbus they have all been extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. I got the 94 at 12.10 today and the bus driver on duty was an absolute ray of sunshine and brightened my day. A big well done.
