Phil retired on Friday 31st January 2014 leaving behind a Senior Management Team consisting of Andy Fish, Operations Manager and Stephanie Dean, Sales and Marketing Manager.  Both have worked alongside Phil for many years and comment ‘it is a privilege to be able to represent the Bakers name and safeguard its reputation as we enter a new era for the company.  We are both committed to maintaining the high standards of customer service set by Phil and relish the challenge laid down by the new shareholders’.
