It is our pleasure to annouce that in order to help answer a greater number of enquiries, we have extended our office hours.

We are now available for queries from:

08.30hrs to 18.00hrs- Monday to Friday

09.00hrs to 17.00hrs- Saturday

Closed: Sunday.

I would just like to praise you on your fabulous customer service that is second to none! I have gotten many more XXXX buses than bakerbus and come across so many rude bus drivers, and since getting bakerbus they have all been extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. I got the 94 at 12.10 today and the bus driver on duty was an absolute ray of sunshine and brightened my day. A big well done.
